What we provide
ResumeMatcher provides AI-assisted resume-to-job analysis, including match scoring, strengths, gaps, and recommendations intended to support job search decisions.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless unauthorized access results from our security failure.
Credits and billing
ResumeMatcher uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed when analyses are run. Prices and packages may change over time. Payments are processed by third-party processors (for example Stripe), and we do not store full card details.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, upload content you do not have rights to use, attempt to disrupt system integrity, automate abusive traffic, or upload malicious content/code.
AI output disclaimer
Outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Results are informational only and are not legal, hiring, employment, or professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Service changes and availability
We may modify features or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
Warranties and liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
